By requesting a quote, booking a service, or submitting your contact details through our website or advertising forms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Prosper Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Canberra and surrounding areas (ACT). All services are subject to availability and agreement on pricing prior to commencement.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property at the time of service.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Use of Contact Information

By submitting your name, phone number, email address, or other contact details through our website, lead forms, or social media advertising, you consent to Prosper Clean contacting you for the purposes of:

• Responding to your cleaning quote request
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Sending service reminders and follow-up communications
• Occasional promotional offers related to our cleaning services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., scheduling software).

6. Liability

Prosper Clean is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage to property caused by our team during a service, we will assess the situation and, where our liability is established, arrange repair or replacement up to the value agreed in our insurance policy. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by client-supplied products.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
