The story
After a few bond-back disputes of his own, Paul Agusto — Industrial Engineer from Chile, now based in Canberra — set out to build a cleaning operation that treated the REIACT checklist as the product spec, not a marketing claim. ProsperClean opened in 2024 as a proudly Latino-Australian family business with one van, one crew, and one rule: no job leaves without the 72-hour guarantee in writing.
The team
Every ProsperClean crew member is police-checked, reference-verified, and inducted on the full REIACT checklist before they run a job. We're bilingual (English / Spanish) and comfortable working with property managers, tenants, homeowners, and commercial facilities managers across ACT and QLD.
