Pricing FAQ

  • Why is Brisbane slightly higher than Canberra?

    Brisbane pricing is ~5% higher on average due to travel distance, fuel, and slightly higher crew wage rates in QLD. The difference is always disclosed in your quote.

  • Do you charge extra for carpet steam on bond cleans?

    No. Carpet steam is bundled into every bond clean price shown above because most ACT and QLD leases require it. If your lease doesn't require it, we'll discount the clean.

  • Is the 72-hour guarantee real?

    Yes. If your property manager raises specific cleanliness issues within 72 hours of the service, we return and re-clean those items at no charge before the final inspection is signed off.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    For bond cleans over AU$800 we offer 50/50 split payment (50% on completion, 50% within 7 days). Commercial accounts get 7-day payment terms.
