72-Hour Bond Back Guarantee — How Ours Actually Works
The guarantee is marketing until it is tested. Here is exactly what is covered, what is not, how to trigger it, and what happens in the next 24 hours.
A guarantee you never use is a promise. A guarantee that works when you need it is a product. Here is how ours is structured, so you know exactly what you are buying.
What the guarantee covers
- Any item on our written REIACT-aligned scope that the property manager flags at inspection
- Within 72 hours of the original service completion
- At no additional charge — we return with the same crew or equivalent to re-clean the specific item
- Carpet re-extraction included if the flag relates to carpet
What it does not cover
- Damage, repairs, painting, rubbish removal, pest treatment
- Items outside the original quoted scope (you cannot add rooms retroactively)
- Issues arising more than 72h after service, unless the inspection itself was delayed by the agent
- Consequential loss (e.g. delayed bond release due to other repair issues)
How to trigger it
- Forward the agent's inspection email with the specific flagged items to prosperclean.au@gmail.com
- Reply to our original job SMS with a photo of the flagged area
- We respond within 2 business hours with a return time (usually same-day or next-day)
- Crew returns, re-cleans the flagged items only, sends before/after photos
- Agent re-inspects; bond is released

Does the guarantee work if the agent inspects 5 days after the clean?
Yes — our 72h window starts from when you are notified of flagged items, not from service completion. Delays on the agent side do not forfeit your guarantee as long as you raise flags within 72h of the inspection report.
What if I had the property occupied between cleaning and inspection?
The guarantee is limited to items that could not reasonably have been re-soiled by occupation. A dirty oven stays dirty; a mopped floor can get re-walked. Photos from handover help both parties.
